Creating a New Website

You can create a new website from your hosting panel or have it prepared as part of your SiteForge project setup, depending on your service level.

Steps​

  1. Log in to your Hosting Panel.
  2. Navigate to Websites → Add Website.
  3. Enter your domain name or select a temporary subdomain.
  4. Choose the PHP version compatible with your site.
  5. Click Create Website.

Once the website is created, you can:

  • install WordPress,
  • upload files,
  • connect by FTP or SSH,
  • attach email services and SSL,
  • continue working in staging before going live.

What you may receive during setup​

If SiteForge is building or onboarding the website for you, the setup process may also include:

  • initial domain and SSL preparation,
  • mailbox setup for your domain,
  • a separate cloud workspace login sent by email,
  • a dedicated password for sharing high-quality source files and content.

For content delivery, use the cloud workspace instead of chat apps whenever possible so images and documents remain in full quality.
